Q. Is this Reunion only for NTU alumni from Southern California?

A. No. NTU alumni from anywhere in the world are welcome to join us. Actually, in prior years, we have had fellow alumni from other states and Taiwan joining us here in sunny Southern California. For those traveling to here, we can assist with airport pickup arrangement and finding local accommodations.

Q. Is this Reunion only for the class of 1971, 1976 or 1981?

A. No. NTU alumni of all ages are welcome. It is an opportunity for us to meet, bond, and develop some long term relations. However, the activities are planned around the age groups of 1971/1976/1981 classes. Based on the actual participation, we will adjust the activities to match the group mix the best we can.

Q. Can I bring my child/children for this Reunion?

A. Yes. You may have 1 or 2 additional person(s) in your room. There will be additional charges. Please let us know as early as possible if you are interested in bringing your child/children with you, so that we can check with the cruise company and inform you about the charges and limitations.

Q. I am single. Do you have single occupancy room? How much? Or, how you match single participants for room accommodation?

A. Yes, single occupancy room is available for $700 (inside cabin) or $760 (ocean view cabin). We can also find a roommate for you in a regular double occupancy room. Please let us know your preference.

Q. I live in New York (or Taipei). Are there other things I can do in Southern California?

A. Absolutely. Southern California has a wide range of attractions for people of varying interests. We will be happy to provide suggestions and assistance to make your trip to Southern California longer and even more fulfilling. Southern California is a great place for family or individuals who want to relax and have lots of fun.

Q. What is the refund policy? If I have a last minute emergency and need to cancel my registration, do I get my money back?

A. The availability of refund is dictated by the policy of the Carnival Cruise Line. Please go to the Supplemental Information page of this website for more details. You may consider buying a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected events or last minute cancellation.
